The people, not just the pier
Your Dock is the people: the neighbors you talk to, the marina you share, the friends you let hear an alarm or follow a trip, and the conversation that goes on between visits.
What a Dock is
People you chose
Not everyone in the marina. You invite your Dock the same way you'd ask someone to grab your lines â because you already trust them. Joining is free, with or without a boat and with or without a single sensor.
It goes both directions
You watch for them; they watch for you. The boats you help look after appear in the same app as your own, with roles each owner sets â full admin, monitor and control, or view-only.
Sharing has edges
Being in someone's Dock does not mean seeing everything. Owners choose what each person gets â the alarms, the position, the ability to actually do something â and can take it back. Your marina password stays yours.
The conversation Live today
The community forum is running now, with single sign-on from your account. It is where the product gets argued about, where installs get shown off, and where the roadmap actually moves â say something matters and it moves up the list.
đ ī¸ Real installs, real photos
Where the sensor actually goes in a bilge that floods, which antenna fixed someone's dead spot, what a February freeze did to a boat that wasn't watched.
đŗī¸ The roadmap listens
Every fix and feature comes from boaters using it. The roadmap is public, and the forum is how things move on it.
đ¤ One account
Single sign-on from your DockNeighbor account â no second password, no separate identity.
Your Dock's feed Coming
The forum is the whole community. A Dock's feed is narrower and more useful day to day: just your dock, just what's happening on it.
- Arrivals and departuresWho's out, who's back, who's due in tonight.
- Weather worth acting onThe blow that's coming, and who's on the dock to double lines.
- Marina noticesPedestal work, haul-out scheduling, the water going off on B dock.
- The seasonal questionsWinter storage, spring launch dates, who's shrink-wrapping and who's not.
Not shipped. The community forum above is live now and does much of this today; the dock-scoped feed is a fast-follow after relaunch. We would rather under-promise â see the roadmap.

A Dock sits in a marina
The marina is the other half of this. Facilities that install shared long-range sensors and hubs can cover a whole pier cheaply â and marina staff, mechanics, and management companies can be part of the Docks they already look after, with proper accounts instead of shared passwords.
